“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
Dose of Hope – Psalm 23:4
A Prayer on Salvation
Salvation is God’s free gift to humanity, offered through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ. It is the restoration of our broken relationship with God, bringing forgiveness of sins, eternal life, and the promise of a new beginning. This prayer is an expression of accepting that gift.
Let’s Pray
“Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of Your grace and forgiveness. I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord, the Son of God, who died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day.
By faith, I now receive the full package of Calvary: I am redeemed from the power of sin and darkness, I am forgiven for all my past, present, and future sins, Jesus’ sacrifice has satisfied Your righteous judgment against my sin, I am accepted as Your child and my broken relationship is now restored.
I turn away from my old life and choose to follow You, Jesus, as my Lord and Savior. Thank You, Jesus, for Your immeasurable love, Your sacrifice on the cross, and for saving me. I ask for the Holy Spirit to guide me and help me live a life that honors You. Amen.”
